Ticket Information - Renascence

Below is an explanation of ticket prices and availability. All tiered GA tickets include GA camping. Group sites, RV/car camping, and glamping are an add ons. Release of Liability and our Accountability Agreement must be signed prior to checkout. There is no wifi on-site, and very limited phone service. Address will ONLY be sent to ticket holders via email the week of the event.

GLAMPING

Glamping – (requires GA ticket purchase)

Glamping sites go on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm until sold out

Glamping includes one of our plush canvas belle tents, with a queen sized mattress. Yes, that’s right a real bed, not an air mattress. Glamping includes sheets/blankets/pillows, unlimited use of private showers, brand new private porta potties, and includes fresh fruit delivered to your door in the morning time. Waste no time setting up when you arrive, and have one of the only 10 glamping tents available on site.

*This is NOT a pass to get into event. You will need to purchase a general admission ticket in addition to this pass.

RV PARKING (up to 24′, including Trailers and Sprinters)-

RV Parking goes on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm until sold out

There are very limited RV sites, we are in the process of getting power set up, and may be able to offer an RV site upgrade in the future to include hookups! RV camping includes 2 shower passes, and can accommodate up to 4 ticketed guests per site. RV camping is located in a very central area, with close proximity to the reservoir, stages, porta potties, hand washing stations, etc!

CAR CAMPING (does not include trailers, does include small passenger vans)-

Car Camping Passes go on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm until sold out.

There are very limited car camping sites! Car camping includes 2 shower passes, and can accommodate up to 4 ticketed guests per site. Car camping is located within close proximity to our Main Stage, art lounge, tea lounge, harm reduction area, vendors, and yet still has close proximity to the reservoir, other stages, porta potties, hand washing stations, etc!

Mill Creek Cabin-

The house sleeps 1-3 guests, has a patio with gas grill, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Enjoy this close to the meadow stage CABIN. Includes 2 car camping passes, and can comfortably accommodate up 3-5 guests $3,000, Available by request ONLY.

GROUP CAMPING OPTIONS

Sale Begins Saturday April 2nd at 3pm and goes until sold out

Lakeside: Nestled under the trees, with views of the reservoir, enjoy the ONLY reservoir camping spot in all of the land, with the most immediate access to swimming and waterside basking. Personal water cooler refreshment service, picnic bench, and ice delivery available. Includes 1 car camping pass, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (4wd highly recommended). $1250, Available by request ONLY.

Abuelo: Enjoy this close to the reservoir private camping spot. Great to fit all of your friends! Shade structures are recommended for this spot, it gets great sun! Includes 2 car camping passes, and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests (4wd highly recommended). $850, Available by request ONLY.

Mill Creek: Enjoy this lovely private campsite, close to the showers and quick trot to the main stage, vendors & lounges. We are happy to help you bring in all your gear on an atv, (no car access). Can accommodate up to 8 guests. $550, Available by request ONLY.

4x CUBES: Pull up into your own personal wooden cabana style shade structure for your car camping extravaganza! Enjoy being close to the main-stage, vendors, lounges, and showers for the weekend. Only 4 available (includes 1 car camping spot per CUBE). CUBE camping includes 2 shower passes. $200 each, Available by request ONLY.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Early Bird General Admission – (limit 2)

Early bird tickets go on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm and stops on Saturday April 23rd at 2:59pm or until sold out.

Tier 1 – (no limit)

Tier 1 tickets go on sale once Early Bird sells out or on Saturday April 23rd at 3pm and ends on Saturday May 14th at 2:59pm, or until sold out.

Tier 2 – (no limit)

Tier 2 tickets go on sale Saturday May 14th at 3pm and ends on Sunday June 5th at 2:59pm, or until sold out.

Tier 3 – (no limit)

Tier 3 tickets go on sale Sunday June 5th at 3pm and ends Sunday June 12th

Low-income General Admission ticket available by application only – (limit 1 per person)

Low-income tickets go on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm until sold out.

General Parking Pass –

Parking passes go on sale Saturday April 2nd at 3pm until sold out. We have a limited amount of on-site parking and are attempting to minimize our carbon footprint. We are encouraging attendees to carpool.

PARKING

There is limited on-site parking and as such, we will be charging a parking fee in order to encourage carpooling, and help mitigate the carbon footprint of our event.
